After long last, the Lehigh Valley finally gets it’s very own gourmet burger and craft beverage joint. To say we at Lehigh Valley Burger Blog are excited about Bell Hall would be an understatement, as we’ve been anticipating this opening for several months.
First, why the name Bell Hall? If you aren’t familiar with the story of the Liberty Bell being hidden away from British forces during the American Revolution – in Zion’s United Church of Christ right next door – it’s a very interesting read.
With an opening lineup of 17 different burgers, amongst several promising sandwich, small plate, and salad offerings, there’s literally something on the menu for everyone. The prices are right too, with most burgers coming in at $13 or less, except for the Belle Foie burger which is understandably priced at $18.
The 6,500 square foot, 303-seat space is quite massive, especially when factoring in the 40-seat private event room in the back. When you walk in, the restaurant feels as though it goes on forever. The bar, situated at the front of the building near the sidewalk, seats 14, amongst a lounge area that seems to have a great vibe.
We can’t wait to work our way through this menu, but in the meantime, check out Lehigh Valley Burger Blog’s first Bell Hall review.
