Smashburger, which seems to be exploding across the globe, is making it’s foray into the Lehigh Valley with a location at the about-to-open Hamilton Crossings in Lower Macungie Township.
The controversial Hamilton Crossings’ opening day is still slated for July 24th, so us burger fans will have a wait a few more months. Having never experienced this chain, we at LVBB are excited for Smashburger and welcome them with open arms.
Smashburger patties are formed into a ball, and then smashed on the griddle with a handheld iron, hence the name. With numerous burgers on the menu, along with Smashchicken sandwiches, salads, and an exciting assortment of sides to choose from, we’re ready to get… wait for it… smashed.
